This condo entrance is located on the second floor above the garage. Upon entering, you’ll see the stretched floor plan with a kitchen, dining, and living room with a large balcony. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you’ll need to prepare a meal for your friends or family. Seating is available for 6 available at the dining room table and additional seating at the bar-style kitchen counter. Comfortable seating in the living room, boasting a wood-burning fireplace and access to the balcony with mountain views. This end unit in a very quiet portion of the Outrun Condos is located above the garage, up one flight of stairs. Once you're in the condo, the layout is all on the same floor, and the master bedroom with a king bed has its own ensuite bathroom and balcony. The other guest bedrooms are located on the same level down the hall, one with a queen bed and the other with two sets of bunks. The FREE condo loop shuttle runs year-round for transportation to and from the mountain base area. Summer schedule runs every 20 minutes; winter schedule runs every 15 minutes; shoulder seasons every 40 minutes. The bus stop is 140 yards from the condo. The transit center at the mountain base area is a 10-minute walk from the Outrun Condos or take the condo loop shuttle. From the transit center, you can access the FREE Town Shuttle with service to the Town of Crested Butte and the surrounding area.
