On the main floor you’ll find the spacious family room with a large 65-inch SMART 4K TV, a gourmet family kitchen, and an 8-seat dining room together with a comfortable living room area. The spacious kitchen includes granite countertops and all new stainless-steel appliances, Keurig coffee maker and tableware that you will find handy for quick snacks or complete family meals. The huge granite central island in the kitchen is perfect for breakfast and casual family get togethers. The main master bedroom suite, located on the ground floor, is complete with King-size bed, walk-in closet, generous storage and hanging space; ceiling fan and SMART 4K TV. The master bath ensuite includes a large walk-in shower, dual sinks and plenty of storage and counter space. Upstairs, you’ll find three king-sized master bedrooms all with full ensuite bathrooms including tub and shower. All rooms include ample storage space, SMART 4K TVs and ceiling fans. The two youth/children rooms are themed with Toy Story and Princess enhancements that include single beds and bunk beds together with SMART 4K TVs in each room. A full Jack-and-Jill bathroom includes tub and shower. For the very small, a pack-and-play crib and high-chair is also included. For complete entertainment, high-speed Wi-Fi delivers Disney, Netflix and YouTube video and music streaming services; together with digital assistants accessible at no additional cost. Also located on the main floor is the laundry room with full size washer and dryer pair, iron and ironing board. Walk through the French patio doors, and you’ll step out to the private, large covered lanai enclosed in a protective screened area with overhead fans and child safety pool-fence. When pool heat is requested and purchased by you, the pool heater is turned on 1-24 hours prior to your check in date and runs for approximately 8-12 hours per day. Pool heaters operate on a timer that are set to come on in the morning and go off in the evening. ***Min 3 nights - $188 plus tax, 4+ days $60/per day plus tax. The heater will be turned on for the duration requested, once requested and paid for. Please note that while the heater will raise the water temperature, the final temperature can be affected by outside factors such as cooler daytime weather, windy conditions, and especially lower nighttime temperatures. These natural conditions can cause heat loss, which means the pool may not always reach your preferred warmth, even with the heater running continuously. The pool heat fee covers the cost of operating the heater and is not a guarantee of a specific water temperature. Once heating begins for your stay, the fee is non-refundable, regardless of weather conditions or temperature variations. By requesting pool heat, you acknowledge and accept these terms. We want you to have the best possible experience, and we’ll do everything we can to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable! This home is not pet friendly. Due to severe allergies of one of the owners, we are not able to accommodate Service Animals. Due to local laws, regulations, or Homeowner Association rules, guests are required to complete a guest registration form prior to arrival. Effective 9/1/21, Emerald Island Resort HOA requires all guests to register and obtain gate access cards prior to arrival. A non-refundable fee of $20 per vehicle must be paid minimum 3 days prior to arrival in order to gain access to the resort. Guest access Guests can access the whole house and all the resort facilities. Other things to note Pool cleaning is done weekly by a professional company, and they will need access to the pool/Spa area. On rare events they may have to come a 2nd time. The days and times of this may vary depending on weather, Holiday’s etc. If you are in the pool when they come, you will have to come out of it so that they can perform their work. Generally, the pool service takes approximately 30 minutes. Landscaping services are performed weekly by a professional landscaping company. They will need access to the lawn/bushes around the home including any fenced in back yards. The days and times of this may vary depending on weather, Holiday’s etc.
