The space With 1800 square feet of first (ground) floor living space, Villa Kas Abou can comfortably accommodate family groups. The villa features cool tiled floors throughout, and is decorated in light, neutral tones. There is generous storage space on offer, and high-quality wooden furniture which adds a rich, warm touch to the cool décor of the interiors. The entrance hall gives on to an open-plan kitchen/living space, with comfortable seating and a family-friendly layout. The large sliding doors add a fashionable ‘inside/outside’ feel to the villa, blurring the lines between the interior rooms and the spacious, L-shaped veranda beyond. The veranda is timber decked, shaded, and furnished with loungers, wicker seats, and a dining table. What could be more relaxing than sitting with a cocktail in hand, looking out through the palm trees to the nearby communal pool? It has sun loungers and umbrellas. The only thing you need is your beach towel. We will give each of the guests a beach card, please keep them safe and make sure you return them before check-out. We ask for a refundable cash security deposit of $300 USD for both the beach passes and damage security. We find it important not waste water and electrity. Therefore we made energy and water an additional cost.The energy consumption of the inverter air conditioners, refrigerator and other equipment in the villa is low. Only air conditioning could lead to a higher energy consumption. The average costs are about USD 50-75 per week. The deposit will be returned at the end of your stay after we have deducted the amount of your water & electricity usage. We will take pictures upon check in and check out of the meters, then send them to you for full transparency.
