Here you will witness coastal wildlife flourishing in its natural environment. The ShipWatch Villas is a relaxed condominium community on the ocean. Enjoy the beach side swimming pool or surfing in the ocean. Take a relaxing stroll along the beach or take a run down to the pier. Throw a line in or surf cast all day. Grill a hotdog in the community charcoal grill area or dine out at the many local restaurants. Ship watch Villas 1316 is located on the third floor and can be accessed by the stairs or elevator. This two bedroom, two bath condo is tastefully decorated and has great views of the ocean and the pool. The living room offers a queen size sleeper sofa, flat screen TV, DVD player and internet service. Also off the living room you will find a sliding glass door that leads you to a private balcony. Down the hall you will find the master bedroom with a king size bed that leads to a private balcony and a master bathroom. At the end of the hall, just past the full bath, is the second bedroom.
