It has a separate entrance and an exclusive garage on the lawn for up to 2 cars. The entire property is walled and fenced. Excellent for a home office, with all the amenities of a complete home, as well as great for leisure and relaxation with family and friends! The neighborhood is residential, quiet, has Solidarity Surveillance and private Night Watch. Safe, pleasant and well-forested region. Great for those who like hiking. ***Please read the House Rules carefully*** It has 1 king-size bed (up to 3 people) and 1 bunk bed. If necessary, we can provide 2 extra mattresses (on the floor), and the single sofa bed in the living room can also be used. And also a playpen-type crib for babies. Please request! Only the king-size bed is made up because not everyone has the larger sheet. Other bed and bath linens are not provided, and it is up to the guest to bring them.
