Half bath is located on the first floor. Fully equipped kitchen with new dishwasher and stove. There is private patio off the kitchen. The space Very quiet and private place, built in the woods. Plenty of free parking. Although surrounded by wild woods, the territory is very clean, tastefully landscaped, and well maintained including snow removal, lawn care. Great place for all year round has a minimum of 4 months rent. You can see deer, rabbits, other animals on premises. The place is good in any weather to enjoy beautiful nature, fresh air, sports. Guest access Fully occupied by guests condo unit, private patio outside. Very private and quiet. No pets, no parties. Absolutely Non-smoking unit. Parking outside. All territory is available for walking, jogging, skiing, etc. Other things to note There is a special place for garbage collection, management is taking care of it.
