There are 2 fully renovated bathrooms (master with ensuite) and a fully equipped laundry with washing machine and dryer. There is also a private grassy courtyard, and heaps of storage space for surfboards, pool toys and everything you could need for a great beach holiday! The upper level features a relaxed and comfortable living area, including spacious loungeroom with two separate seating areas. Relax with a book, or watch a movie on the smart TV with unlimited Wi-Fi provided. The renovated kitchen includes everything you need to cook and entertain on holidays, and meals can be shared at the indoor dining table or alfresco on the entertaining deck which offers spectacular ocean views! Upstairs, there's also the fourth bedroom with queen bed and a separate powder room. Guests staying at 208 Marine have access to the Carool swimming pool, so you can enjoy dips in the ocean and the pool during your stay! 208 Marine Parade is located in a small and exclusive complex with secure uncover parking for 2 cars (tandem). Electric vehicles cannot be charged at the property, including in the basement garage. Keys Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office, 76 Griffith Street Coolangatta. Our office is an approximate 5 minute drive north of the property and 6 minute drive south of the GC Airport. Linen Linen is not provided at this property. Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/ doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. Linen can be hired at a reasonable cost; we will provide details once your booking is confirmed. We also suggest you bring with you soaps, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.
