IR44: Hawk's Nest-Great Location and Pool

This two-story condo offers a pool and is within walking distance to Silver Lake Harbor, Ocracoke Lighthouse, restaurants, shops, and galleries. Other things to note Hawk's Nest features two bedrooms and two bathrooms. 1 King, 1 Pyramid Bunk (Double over Queen), and Queen Sleeper Sofa. This home offers flexible sleeping options but does not allow occupancy over the 4 person limit. The Primary bedroom includes a King bed, a private bathroom with tub/shower, flat-screen smart TV, and a private covered deck with Adirondack chairs that overlook all the activity on Irvin Garrish Highway. The second bedroom offers a Pyramid Bunk (Double over Queen) and flat-screen smart TV. The hallway bathroom includes a stall shower and washer/dryer. The downstairs living area offers a Queen Sleeper Sofa. Amenities include central air conditioning/heat, ceiling fans, complimentary wireless internet access, and 3 internet streaming TVs. The exterior offers a first and second-floor deck, both of which are covered. The first-floor deck includes six tall Adirondack chairs and an outdoor ceiling fan, great for morning coffee, evening drinks, or rainy days. The pool (non-heated) is a popular feature exclusively for guests of the Boyette Condos and is open from April 15 through mid-October. There is an outdoor open COLD shower at the poolside. Shared charcoal grills are also available. No Smoking/Vaping. No pets allowed. Limit of 2 vehicles. Short Stays are available; there is a three-night minimum, and these stays can be booked within two weeks of arrival. We do provide a Starter Kit containing 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, a roll of paper towels, a small bottle of Palmolive dish soap, a trash bag for each can, and small bar of soap for each bathroom. Guests will need to bring additional supplies to last for the stay, or purchase at the Ocracoke Variety Store.
