Very comfortable holiday home Peacefully located holiday home at walking distance from the beautiful sandy beach of Sint Maartenszee. Park Bohemien Resort in Sint Maartenszee is a quiet holiday park, located behind the row of dunes in Sint Maartenszee. The bungalow is well-maintained and comfortably furnished. The garden-oriented living room with conservatory has a sunny interior. Through the sliding doors in the living room you enter the spacious garden with terrace. Living room The cosy seating area has enough room for 6 people. The living room has a spacious dining table with 6 chairs and a high chair. Hifi system, radio and DVD player are present.  Wifi and 43-inch cable TV with ambilight available. The ground floor is comfortably heated by underfloor heating. The ground floor has a gravel floor. The conservatory is a great place to enjoy the first rays of sunshine. There are two luxurious lounge chairs.  The living room has a sofa bed for 2 persons. There is a high chair Open kitchen The well-equipped kitchen has sufficient kitchen appliances. There is a dishwasher, induction hob, oven (combination microwave) + small microwave, coffee maker, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, fridge with freezer compartment, plenty of cutlery and crockery. Bedrooms There are three bedrooms on the 1st floor. All bedrooms have box-spring beds. There is a 2nd toilet on the 1st floor. A cot is available. Bathroom The spacious bathroom is on the ground floor and has a washbasin, toilet and shower. Garden The spacious garden (155m2) has a terrace of 18m2. The garden is not fully enclosed. A beach cart and beach tent can be found in the storage room. The storage room is lockable. There are bicycles, which may be used by guests. (Men's and women's bike with nexus 8 gears and in good condition.) In case of unexpected damage, you are requested to arrange the repair yourself. Extra The washing machine and dryer are in the storeroom. Parking One car can be parked at the accommodation. A possible second car can be parked at the spacious car park in front of the park. Pets One pet is allowed. Please notify in advance when booking. The accommodation is non-smoking. The holiday home is equipped for 6 persons. If necessary, 2 extra persons can sleep in the living room. Additional costs are charged for this. € 105.00 for extra 7th person or € 157.50 for 2 extra persons. Please note!
