Three full bedrooms with storage, full bath with towels and linens supplied. Fully stocked kitchen with large dining table. Comfortable living room with flat screen tv and lake view. Hiking, swimming, fishing, kayaking, beautiful golf courses and great restaurants ! Guest access Full access to cabin and property….kayaks , rowboat and lake. Other things to note Please read following requests: No smoking/vaping in cabin 5 guests max permitted No personal kayaks or boats on lake - must use ones provided. We try our best to keep the lake free of outside contamination…our environmental report is outstanding! Please conserve water as much as possible Please keep doors closed at all times and no food or garbage outside…lots of wildlife ! Renters not permitted to use small beach at the end of lake. Reserved for residents only. Campfires must be monitored and fully extinguished when done. No campfires during high winds or dry conditions Please close porch awning during windy conditions or impending storm Animals PROHIBITED on beds or furniture This is a non motorized serene and quiet lake….- please no loud parties or profane language. Quiet time 9pm through 8am
