Welcome to our beautiful light-filled home, just steps to Horderns Beach, Bundeena. We're located in the heart of the Royal National Park, only an hour and 10 minutes from Sydney, making it perfect for a weekend getaway, or a longer stay with family and friends. The space Lilly Pilly House is a two-story home, with a large open living space on the upper floor and balconies to the front and rear. The front balcony is perfect for entertaining and has a large extendable table and chairs with views to Horderns Beach and the sea beyond. The rear balcony offers another entertainment space with its own extendable teak table and chairs and has a gas barbecue. The balcony overlooks our large, private garden. The modern kitchen is well equipped with high-end appliances with open-plan access to both the dining and living areas. Full-width bifold doors open onto the beach-facing front balcony. The whole floor is warm, welcoming, and full of natural light. The master bedroom (king sized bed) and second bedroom (bunk beds and single bed) are on the first floor and share the upstairs bathroom and separate toilet. The third bedroom (queen sized bed) is on the ground floor and has its own ensuite bathroom and walk-in. There is another lounge area on the ground floor with sliding doors that open onto a patio and the large established garden beyond. The second lounge / retreat has its own smart TV - so no arguments with the kids. Finally there’s an annex with table tennis and laundry. The beautiful garden is large, established and very private and has a fire pit area close to a rear patio. Both the front and rear gardens has a fully enclosed fence making it great if you want to bring your dog - and Horderns beach is dog friendly with off-leash times. The property is perfect to socialise with friends and family but spacious enough to find your own space if you want it.
