Being a single residence property, you have full access to the home and the lot it sits on. Other things to note NOTE: QUIET HOURS are 10pm-7am. Parties are prohibited. All entrances are being monitored for guest safety. Outdoor wood burning fires are prohibited per local ordinances. NO REFUNDS due to eviction for noise disturbances, over-occupancy, or excess vehicles. We are following strict guidelines to provide a safe stay during these changing times. Our home is being properly and thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after all stays with a 72 hour wait before new guests arrive. CAUTION: Leaving food outside, in the garbage or on the decks, is an open invitation to the BEARS and other wildlife living in the area and is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
