There is a lakeside restaurant within walking distance called Lost Bay, at the Caribbean marina-Two blocks from the cottage. There is a beach, park and tennis court just 2 blocks away. The Lake Minnetonka Regional trail is located just 2 miles away. The quaint lakeside town of Excelsior is a short 3 mile bike or drive. This is a shared property, but guests have complete privacy, seperate entry, complete kitchen and bath.
