A bedroom window looks directly into our goat’s stall. The private barn suite features a bedroom, full kitchen and bathroom. There is a private entry and free parking. Forget all your troubles as you relax in the farmhouse style suite, and hear the animals just outside your door. Our farm is home to over a dozen animals including horses, goats, chickens, and dogs. Guests are welcome to interact with our animals at your comfort level. This is our farmhouse-style Lavender Suite, and our most popular. The suite steals the show with a window looking directly into our goats’ stall. In addition to the window, the suite features a full kitchen, grass yard, patio with a fire pit, grill, and seating area overlooking the front horse pasture. Guests are invited to enjoy our beautiful outdoor spaces while visiting the ranch. The gardens, wild flowers, and gorgeous tree-lined hills will be a feast for your eyes in the spring, summer and fall. Winter holds its own magic when the ranch glistens in the snow. Explore the property where you can enjoy a fishing pond, peddle boat, and creek. Working remotely or taking a work retreat? Enjoy our outstanding Wi-Fi. For guests traveling with pets, we have a fenced dog park. Our 4-legged guests are very special and welcome. We do not charge a pet fee. For guests that love to cook, the Lavender suite has a full kitchen, dining area, and outdoor grill. Begin your day with complimentary eggs in your suite, and freshly baked muffins and fruit in the Gallery Lounge. Wind down in the evening enjoying complimentary evening Bourbon, and save room for dessert with our homemade ice cream, or a made-to-order bakery treat. The upstairs area of our barn now features an amenity center for guests. Get comfy with our horse themed slipper bar. Pop some popcorn and watch a movie in our Barn/Home theater. Get in a workout in our fitness center, then relax in the sauna. Play a round or two of pool in "The Horseman's" Billiards Room, lined with memorabilia highlighting our horse Lady's racing career. Rain or shine, there is lots for guests to do while staying on the farm. There is a fishing pond, pedal boat, dock (with fire pit) and creek on property. An outdoor patio sits right outside your door, with a fire pit, gas grill and seating area. We are proudly pet friendly and have a private fenced in dog park. Ask us about our free dog-walking services. Guests traveling with horses are welcome to use the barn and pastures (All pets, including horses stay free). There is plenty of parking available outside your private entrance. We are here to make sure you have a wonderful experience; whether it is helping us groom the horses, or if you prefer to just quietly enjoy the relaxing beauty of the property. We love sharing our farm and animals with all our guests. We started our Inn in 2021 after relocating to Kentucky from Fort Lauderdale, Florida. We can’t wait to share the magic of Nicura Ranch with you. Berea is the arts capital of Kentucky. The historical town offers many festivals throughout the year, as well as plenty of shopping. We are located within minutes of the Boone Tavern and town center, featuring local artists’ shops and handmade gifts. Berea is a great spot for hiking and nature walks. We highly recommend the Pinnacles. We are located 40 minutes from Lexington, 15 minutes from Richmond and 15 minutes from Renfro Valley. Car is the easiest way to get around town. Free parking is available everywhere in Berea. Nicura Ranch Inn & Stables is a privately owned 15-acre farm located in Berea, Kentucky. The Inn includes three unique barn suites for guests to get “up close and personal” with the animals, and experience the serenity and beauty of farm life. If this suite is booked on your desired dates, please ask about our other suites on the property. This is our Lavender suite. It sleeps 2 and has a full kitchen. Our Rose suite is our largest suite. It sleeps 4 guests with a kitchen and living room. Our Sunflower suite sleeps 4, but does not have a kitchen. Please message us for links and information. We are happy to host all members of your family, from children to pets. Dogs will enjoy the private, fenced in dog park on the farm. Dogs are permitted to bark (we promise we don't mind), and they may be left in your suite while you are out. We ask that guests limit this to 4 hours. If longer, please arrange for us to let them out (free of charge) for a bathroom break and fresh air. We do not offer horseback/trail riding at our ranch (our horses are sport horses). However, there is a nearby stable that welcomes riders of all levels. We highly recommend this experience to our guests. Guests are welcome to help groom our horses and interact with them in all other ways.
