The space This cozy bungalow can sleep up to five since both bedrooms have queen beds and there is a pull out bed in the living room. The living space has a full size sofa bed, flat screen TV (With wifi, Netflix, and Youtube Live TV). Kitchen is small but provides the essentials including fridge, stove, and microwave. Keurig coffee maker along with complimentary coffee are provided. Dining room provides a small table that can seat 4 to eat at. Absolutely no smoking is allowed inside the house. Guest access Guests can access the whole house. The only reason to enter the small basement is for laundry. Other things to note Small fenced-in side yard area perfect for pets. There is an additional $50 cleaning fee that will be added to your stay if you are bringing a pet. This can be paid through Airbnbs resolution center. You are responsible for cleaning up after your dog’s mess both inside and out. Coffee provided. Kitchen has all the dishes and cooking utensils you would need to cook a basic meal and have dinner. TV provided on 43" Roku TV which allows access to Netflix and Youtube Live. You can also log into your own services. Driveway can fit 1 car. Please don't park in the grass next to the driveway. No parking on the street immediately in front of house, but ample street parking is available about a block away.
