Less than a mile from Downtown Beaufort and just a block from the bay, you'll have easy access to the attractions of the area. Bring your bikes or rent some to enjoy the 10-mile Spanish Moss Trail, located just 0.4 miles away. Unwind in the Adirondack chairs under the massive live oak in the backyard. Plus, a pass to Hunting Island State Park (16 mi) is included! 9.1 miles to Parris Island The space There are 2 queen bedrooms and one hall bathroom (tub/shower combination). The living room has seating for 5 and is open to the eat-in kitchen. We also own a 1 bedroom cottage on the adjacent lot next door. There is a circular driveway that is used by both homes with plenty of parking for vehicles. There is an outdoor seating area with 4 adirondack chairs under a large live oak tree in the backyard as well. New windows were installed in October 2022.
