Huge & remodeled 2 Bdr/2 Bath Condo(1000 sqft) at Diamond Resort right next to the Del Mar Fair & Racetrack (great way to avoid having to pay for parking for the Fair or the Beaches) & about a 0.7 mi walk to the beach. The unit has 1 king, 2 twin, and 1 queen sofa beds. The resort has amazing amenities (pool, Jacuzzis, fire pits, gym, clubhouses, game rooms, sauna rooms, tennis club & courts, spa/salons, restaurants, etc). Hotel grade professional cleaning & sanitization to prevent COVID. The space The best features are the ambiance and amenities - free high speed wifi, 2 onsite restaurants, a spa, complementary tennis club, pool, 2 Jacuzzis, clubhouse with pool and ping pong tables, sauna room, on site laundry, and many outdoor gas grills and picnic tables. This two-bedroom Resort Villa includes a living space that features sleek high-end furniture and a large flat screen television, perfect for an afternoon nap or late night movie. The kitchen area features a smooth countertops and outfitted with modern appliances. There are bathroom amenities and bath and pool towels. Both bedrooms features a flat screen TV, lots of closet space and lamps. Amenities include - Free high speed wifi BBQ Area Gym Hairdresser On Site Restaurant Outdoor Swimming Pool Spa Tennis Court Guest Laundry 24 hour Reception Non-Smoking Rooms WiFi Internet Pool Table Internet Access TV Room Vending Machine (Snacks) Garden Free Outdoor Parking (not guarded) Air-Conditioning Fire Sprinkler System Lift/Elevator Cable TV TV Heated Pool Fax/Photocopying Newspaper Coffee Maker Guest access The resort has free parking and is right across the street from the Del Mar Fair and Racetracks(great way to avoid the high parking fees when visiting the Fair), about 0.5 miles(10min walk) from the ocean and the train station - great for day trips to Los Angeles, North and South San Diego, or Mexico. Other things to note 1. The Front Desk is staffed 24/7 for assistance with any issues. 2. Only ADA/service pets are allowed at the resort and we must be notified in advance. 3. Check In Time is anytime after 4PM 4. Check Out Time is 11AM. The resort has a zero tolerance policy towards late check outs and they will charge a late check out fee of $25 per 30 minutes if the unit is not vacated by the check out time (11AM). 5. The unit is part of the a vacation resort and we have multiple units - there may be layout variations depending on availability, but all have the same features/amenities, descriptions, and size. 6. The front desk may ask for credit card information for a refundable security deposit and incidental charges. This is a standard security deposit charge(similar to other hotels/resorts) and is refunded at the end of your trip as long as there are no damages and everything is in order. 7. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils and equipment, but the kitchen only has basic condiments(coffee, salt/pepper, napkins, etc). 8. If you have any issues with the unit during your stay, feel free to contact us or reach out to the front desk to help resolve it. 9. Due to the weekly scheduling nature of our reservations, our units are booked on a Saturday to Saturday or Friday to Friday basis. Thus, for reservations booked with departures after Saturday, there is a possibility that the guests may be required to switch to another comparable unit in the complex on Saturdays. We will try our best to keep guests in the same unit for the entire trip, but if this does occur, we will let you know and you would still be in the same unit type. In addition, we would make sure that you wouldnt have to switch units till the 2nd unit is ready so there is no time gaps during the switch.
