(15 minutes allowed) The space The Sea View Concorde apartment was fully renovated in 2023. It is bright (southeast facing). There is no one opposite and the apartment has a great view of the Mediterranean Sea. The apartment is on the third floor (with elevator) of a luxury residence in La Grande-Motte (Pyramide Le Concorde) The living room kitchen area consists of an extendable table that comfortably seats 4 people. The equipped kitchen has multiple storage as well as a Whirlpool combined oven, a ceramic cooktop, a fridge with freezer, coffee maker as well as all the necessary kitchen utensils. The living room area consists of a sofa bed of 140 cm to sleep 2 people, a coffee table, and 2 "Cinema" chairs. A library completes this space as well as a flat-screen TV. Guests can relax with a drink, reading a magazine or listening to music with the sound of seagulls while enjoying a sea view. The cabin area consists of a bunk bed comprising 2 beds of 80 cm.
