The space The ground floor accommodation is composed as follows: Day area: - A living room of 120 m² with TV, sitting area - An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, hotplates, Tassimo coffee machine... - Dining area for 10 guests - Office area Night area: - Bedroom 1: a king-size bed (180x200) and a single bed for a young child. - Bedroom 2: a king-size bed (180x200) - Bedroom 3: a queen-size bed (160x200) - Bedroom 4: a queen-size bed (160x200) One of the bedrooms is slightly elevated and accessible by stairs - Four bathrooms with shower or bathtub, three bathrooms out of four are equipped with WC. - Two separate toilets Outside : - A beautiful south-facing garden of 3,000 m² directly overlooking the Barbaroux golf course. Fenced and secured area with automatic gate, only the part facing the golf course is not fenced.
