Beautiful fully renovated house, close to the historic center of Périgueux, the cathedral, shops and the greenway. You can get everywhere on foot! Full of light and space, this house offers garden, tranquility, barbecue, deckchairs, Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen, brand new bedding. Cleaning and linens included. 1 bedroom on the ground floor, 2 bedrooms upstairs. Shower room and separate toilet on the ground floor. Free car parking space The space The house is an old house but it has been completely renovated. It is quiet, cool and very clear and opens onto a lovely little garden with terraces and a beautiful olive tree. All bedding and appliances are new. For the furniture and decor, I mixed new and vintage for a cozy and warm effect! The neighborhood is quiet and close to all amenities: supermarket, bakery, pharmacy nearby. And has many free parking spaces. You can walk to the historic center of Périgueux, discover its architectural and gastronomic riches... and enjoy its magnificent market! The downstairs bedroom has a 140 double bed and a bay window that opens directly onto the terrace. The upstairs bedroom has a 160 double bed and garden views. The 2nd upstairs bedroom has 2 single beds that can be pushed together to form a 160 cm double bed. Beds are new and super comfortable! The staircase has slightly narrow steps, so we are careful when going down it... The bathroom has a large walk-in shower and a window. The washing machine is secluded but accessible in a small closet. The toilet is separate. There are 2 large terraces in front of the house which faces south! There is a small garden behind the shed. You can relax on the terrace thanks to the deckchairs and dine quietly at the large table. Barbecue and parasol at your disposal... Housekeeping fees are included in the rental. Household linen is provided (Fitted Sheets, Duvet Cover, Pillowcases, Bath Sheets, Sponge Towels, Bath Mats & Kitchen Towels.), please specify the number and type of beds when booking so that they are made for your arrival according to your needs! Guest access You will be able to access all the rooms and equipment in the house. I kept the shed and a small closet in the upstairs bedroom for my personal use. Other things to note The 2 single beds can be combined on request to make a double bed. I accept pets but limited to 1 because the house and garden are not suitable for more animals.
