Pleasant house in the heart of a typical village

Stay in what was the Hôtel de Normandie in Cambremer and enjoy a great location to travel around the Pays d'Auge. This is a very bright house that we have equipped for our comfort and yours. Surrounded by orchards, Cambremer is located at the start of the cider route, and is 30 minutes from the beaches of Cabourg, a few kilometers from the most beautiful villages and castles in the area. Ideal for remote working in the countryside or relaxing! The space The accommodation offers a ground floor on the courtyard, very bright, facing west and north, in the heart of the village. On the first floor, two bedrooms share a shower room, if you continue up the spiral staircase, you will find on the second floor a bedroom with shower room that offers a view of the rooftops of Cambremer. The house offers a small sunny terrace at noon and in the evening, ideal for summer aperitifs/barbecues! Please note that the house is not suitable for families with small children due to the presence of the spiral staircase which is not equipped with barriers or the presence of a window 1 m from the ground. Guest access It is accessed by a very quiet cul-de-sac, a few meters from the town hall. You'll have access to the entire home as well as a small terrace overlooking the west-facing courtyard. Other things to note The accommodation does not have a garden but a 15 square meter terrace facing west and furnished with bistro tables and a barbecue. This terrace overlooks the courtyard of our house, a courtyard where you can park while unloading your luggage. The house does indeed have a separate entrance from the street. The accommodation is not accessible for people with reduced mobility due to the presence of stairs. To offer you the right price for your stay, bed and bath linens are not ironed.
