Open to long term covid discounts!! Beautiful, completely restored 3 bedroom 2.5 bath in Downtown Milton, originally built in 1820 and fully restored in 2007. Several restaurants are with in a 5 minute walk and Dogfish Head Brewery is less than 1 mile away. Lewes Beach and Cape Henlopen are 15 to 20 minutes. Additionally some of the best fresh water bass fishing is 300 yards away. Some of the amenities include Fire pit, webber gas grill, 2 screened in porches, 3 beach cruisers. The space Entire house Guest access Entire property Other things to note Pets are welcome, but must be house trained and please pickup any poop in the backyard. The fee is 25 per night per pet. This is a PER pet fee. I have a maximum of 2 pet limit. This may seems high, but much less than a kennel. I will invoice you 2 weeks before check in. Also please txt me upon check in and check out.
