It is equipped to accommodate 13 people and 1 child under 3 years old. Ideally located on the street of antique shops, close to shops, the market, restaurants and the heart of the historic center, it enjoys a landscaped garden, a beautiful terrace, a dining area close to the barbecue area and the pool. The space The PROPERTY: The property consists of two buildings. A major asset for those looking for privacy. On the main floor, you will have an entrance, a bright living room with fireplace, as well as a large fully equipped and furnished kitchen adjoining a magnificent canopy with garden views. These 3 living areas offer direct access to the terrace, the barbecue-meal area and the swimming pool for an optimal lifestyle in the outdoors. Upstairs, a clearance will lead you to a large master suite (king size bed) with its shower room with toilet and one bedroom (2 single beds, 1 boat bed 120) and its shower room with toilet. The second building consists on the ground floor of two bedrooms (one with a double bed 160 and the other with 2 single beds 90) with direct access and views of the garden and a bathroom with toilet. Taking the external staircase, you will access a balcony serving two other large bedrooms (each with 2 double 160 beds) and a shower room with toilet. The TV is installed in the two bedrooms and the living room of the main building (Netflix in the living room and in one bedroom) and in 2 bedrooms in the second building. The house is connected to the internet by fiber. The bedrooms of both buildings, the living room, the kitchen and the canopy are equipped with independent reversible air conditioning. All rooms will be prepared for your arrival with linen and towels. Pool towels will also be available to you. The exterior is equipped with an enclosed landscaped garden with olive trees, lemon, orange, plum, fig, cherry, cypress, lavender, etc., an outdoor sitting area, a kitchen equipped with two gas barbecues and an outdoor fireplace as well as a dining area under a vegetated pergola. In terms of activities, a beautiful salt pool, heated, 3.5 x 8.5 m, secured with a roller shutter, an outdoor shower with hot and cold water, 6 sunbeds, 2 umbrellas and a storage room. An illuminated pétanque court and ping pong table enhance the set. On the practical side, a room serving as a pantry features a large extra fridge and storage shelves. The house is also equipped with a washing machine and dryer, a table and iron, with an outdoor area to extend the laundry. In front of the house, in the courtyard, you will have two parking spaces, with the possibility of parking another car in front of the automatic gate and other cars in the street. INTERESTS: This house will allow you to discover on foot the city of Molière and all its riches. The rental is made from Sunday to Sunday so that you can enjoy the market of Pézenas on Saturday recognized as one of the most beautiful in Occitanie. It is also an ideal location to discover the Hérault with its beaches at 23 minutes, including the beautiful wild beach of Portiragnes, its walks in the middle of nature, along the Canal du Midi, its vineyards, its rivers, its villages and surrounding sites at less than 35 minutes including some classified by UNESCO such as St-Guilhem-le-Désert, Béziers, the lake of Salagou and discover the gorges of the Hérault and its activities with departures to St-Guilhem-le-Désert.
