Exclusive home to enjoy the tranquility of a natural setting and the mild climate of northern Tenerife. You can fulfill all your plans or be surprised by what this wonderful island surrounded by the Atlantic Ocean has to offer, with its imposing Teide volcano in its center, lots of nature, kindness and local traditions to discover, all to recharge on its warm beaches and winding trails through its green mountains of laurel and Canary pine. The space We are located in the residential area of La Primavera del Sauzal, Tenerife. In a quiet but well-connected environment, a few minutes by car or public transport from the North Airport (TFN), San Cristóbal de la Laguna (World Heritage City - Unesco), Puerto de la Cruz, the capital of the island Santa Cruz de Tenerife, etc. The serenity and nature of the house assure you a relaxed time, while you are walking distance to the center of the village, the Sauzal, with cafes, restaurants and shops, pharmacy, bookstore, hairdressers, church, health center, bank, etc... ;) You also have a pharmacy and a restaurant 5 minutes walk from the house. Perfect spot for your perfect vacation! Once you've settled in and refreshed, you can head to the Las Breñas viewpoint, where a 20-minute pedestrian path leads down to the sea along a rural trail. Alternatively, you can drive to several black-sand beaches, typical of the island, in a unique and special setting, within 15-20 minutes. The visit to Teide National Park is also highly recommended. The apartment consists of a bedroom, with double bed 160x200, wardrobe, views of the Teide, smart TV, NETFLIX and free Wifi, heating/air-conditioning, kitchen and bathroom; the kitchen is equipped with fridge, microwave with grill, induction hob, Dolce Gusto Nescafé coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and full kitchenware. It offers a clothesline, iron board and iron. In the bathroom you will find hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and hands. It is an accommodation adapted for two adults, we do not have amenities or space to accommodate babies or children. Outside a spacious solarium, with heated pool where you can relax, sunbathe, enjoy a barbecue, gaze at the Teide volcano and the ocean or have your morning coffee. It also provides enough space to practice yoga or pilates. The pool is open and no fence or security gate. Wifi is available throughout the area. From the terrace to the north you can admire the magnificent sunset. This is a peaceful tropical paradise! Guest access We live next door on the same property. While guests report a sense of privacy, some are surprised that the houses are so close together. The door to the property is shared, but the accommodation has a private and independent entrance. Of course, you can use the pool and its surroundings exclusively, but you may occasionally see us outdoors, working in the garden or maintaining the pool. Please talk to us to arrange a time for your privacy. Enjoy your stay with us as if you were at home! We're happy to help with all your needs. Access The property is reached by a paved road near the northern highway (TF-5). Outside the house there is plenty of free and convenient parking space. This house is located below street level, includes some stairs at the end of the entrance ramp, the accommodation, and the pool. Due to the peculiar characteristics of this accommodation, we recommend that it is not suitable for people with disabilities. Once the reservation is confirmed, we'll send you all the details to get to the place and the exact location, and you'll be greeted by the hosts. Other things to note Early check-in and late check-out, including luggage storage, are only available upon request. You can request to use the washing machine for a separate fee or use the nearby laundry. Smoking tobacco is only allowed in outdoor areas. Cannabis or any other drug is not allowed anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors. The apartment is located very close to the neighboring villas, so we ask that the house rules be respected at all times and that there be no loud noises after 10:00 PM and before 8:00 AM (parties are prohibited). We love pets, but they are not allowed in the house. The property is isolated from urban centers and in order to freely enjoy the entire island we recommend renting a vehicle. However, there is a public transportation stop 2 minutes from the house, they are bus lines 012 and 011 of the Titsa transportation company.
