ITS THE LARGEST IN THE WHOLE BLOCK. we have RENOVATED the Entire Appt. everything you see in the flat is brand new. decorated tastefully by a designer (my partner) :) This Flat is very cosy and make you feel very homely. you will love the brand new memory foam mattress and nice decor throughout. beautiful main street view from your windows which looks spectacular. good wifi ,desk and a chair to do your work. Fully equipped kitchen with electric Hob, oven and microwave, to prepare all your meals (plz no fish :( ) And of course the Kettle with tea and coffee available for you to use for free. Great Wifi so you can use it for work or just browse on youtube or netflix. we are in the city centre, on Granby street. Opp Mercure hotel. means you can get anywhere in town on foot so don't have to waste money and time for bus or taxi ride especially with our very fair pricing. There are plenty of restaurants and take away's on the same street.in fact its one of the main street in entire Leicester city centre. i am sure you will love the Flat and its Location. i have pointed out main bits in Leicester. CURVE THEATRE,(2 min walk), HIGHCROSS SHOPPING CENTRE (3 min walk) TRAIN STATION(2 min walk), ST MARGARATE BUS STATION (6 min walk). DE MONTFORT UNI and LEICESTER ROYAL INFIRMARY (7 min walk) LEICESTER UNIVERSITY is about 15 min walk. DE MONTFORT HALL AND VICTORIA PARK :10 MIN WALK FOOD PLACES :- ALL OVER - all on walking distance. THERE IS A MASSIVE CAR PARK IN FRONT OF THE ENTRANCE TO THE FLATS. ITS £2 FROM 18:00 TILL 07:00 AND FREE ON STREET PARKING AFTER 18:00 TILL 07:30. FREE ON SUNDAYS AND BANK HOLIDAYS (ON STREET). Guest access YOU WILL HAVE WIFi, SHARED KITCHEN BATHROOM/TOILET. During your stay I like socialising with my guests but same time i like to give them space so wont intrude into their plans.
