We love our cozy home with an expansive deck and an abundance of seating, BBQ and a view of the 9th hole on golf course. End unit with spectacular views, located next to large parklike green space for more fun and games. Gas fireplace and air conditioning for your comfort. Smart 50” TV and 2 others with cable options offered for more viewing pleasure. Easy short walk to rec center with indoor pool, sport court, workout room, golf course and putt putt. Eleven miles walking/bike trails. Easy 15-20 min. drive to Redmond, Sisters or Bend. Mt. Bachelor and Hoodoo Ski Bowl Resorts less than an hour away. Smith Rock and Lake Billy Chinook are 30-40 min. Guest access Entire Townhome will be available to access, end unit as well as parklike green space beside home. Resort Amenities Note: As of June 1, 2021, Eagle Crest has decided to charge homeowners and renters for usage of rec centers. We have Eagle Crest optional fee-based recreation passes (up to 6) available for our guests (optional) if you would like to have access to the rec. centers at Eagle Crest for $15 each person/pass for entire stay. Please inquire before making your reservation if you would like some set aside for your group. **For your benefit, this fee is not included in our nightly fee for our home at Eagle Crest and therefore not subject to taxes and fees. Therefore, it would be collected separately from the total initial Airbnb breakdown of costs. Note: There would be a $50 replacement fee charged by Eagle Crest as well. Also, check out time is 11 AM, but if you have a special request, it will certainly be considered, depending on the homes availability. Other things to note 10% discount for week-long stays. Parking is first come, first serve and is located in front of the Townhouse, there is enough parking for each unit to occupy 2 spots. Additional parking is available across the street at the Ridge Recreational Center. Please do not order items to be delivered to the home during your stay.
