The modern furnished apartment is located in the heart of Neustadt, a 5-minute walk from the train station and downtown in a newly built apartment building. You have a magnificent view from your balcony over the rooftops of Neustadt. The apartment is fully equipped and an ideal starting point for mountain bikers and hikers to experience excursions in the beautiful Palatinate Forest, as well as for leisurely bike rides along the German Wine Route. Cafes and restaurants are close by. The space The apartment is on the 4th floor of a newly built apartment building. It is easy to reach by elevator. You can unload your vehicle directly in front of the house. Free parking is available 3 minutes' walk away. The city centre with numerous cafes, restaurants and shops can be reached in a few minutes on foot. In addition, the train station is only a 5-minute walk away. The kitchen in the apartment is fully equipped. There is a dishwasher, a Nespresso machine, a washing machine, an ironing board and an iron. The apartment is designed for three people. In the bedroom, there is a double bed (180x200) and in the living room, there is a sofa bed (130x200). Furthermore, the apartment has a home office workstation with a desk, printer and LAN connection. Of course, there is also free Wi-Fi. There is a lockable bicycle storage room with the possibility of charging e-bikes. The balcony invites you to enjoy the evening sun in fine weather. Guest access Our apartment can be accessed at any time by a key safe. We will send you a video with the corresponding access code shortly before your arrival. If we are on site, we will of course be happy to show you everything in person. Other things to note The apartment does not have its own parking space. However, this is not a problem, as a free parking space with e-charging stations is available 3 minutes' walk away. (Parking lot at the festival grounds) In addition, parking spaces in the street are usually free. These are free on Fridays from 6:00 p.m., 2.50 euros on Saturdays until 3:00 p.m. and free again on Sundays.
