Location The newly renovated vacation home is located in a quiet residential area in the municipality of Stedesand. A farm shop and a restaurant are just a few kilometers away from the cottage. Nearby is the river Alte Soholmer Au, which invites you to take a long walk through nature in good weather. Here you can arrive and switch off and gain enough distance from everyday life away from noise and hustle and bustle. The cozy village is ideal for numerous excursions in the surrounding area: whether trips to Sylt, Föhr, Amrum or the Halligen, to Denmark, to the Theodor Storm city of Husum or to the Baltic Sea. The nearest larger town of Niebüll is 4 km away. The Dagebüll harbor with ferry connections to Föhr and Amrum can be reached in 17 km. The large, light-flooded living room with dining area invites you to spend cozy hours in a sociable atmosphere. Here you can end your day with the family in a relaxed way. In addition to the seating area and a flat-screen TV, an electric fireplace provides cozy hours even in the colder season. In the closed, well-equipped kitchen, in addition to another dining area, there is a stove with an extractor hood, a dishwasher, a large refrigerator, an oven, a microwave, a filter coffee machine, a kettle, a Nespresso machine and toaster as well as an Internet radio. The modern bathroom on the ground floor with sink, walk-in shower, a separate illuminated cosmetic cabinet, which is equipped with the function of a 5-fold magnification, toilet and urinal complete the picture. A washing machine and dryer are available for free use in the separate laundry room on the ground floor. A staircase leads to the two cozy bedrooms on the second floor.
