Location The newly renovated holiday home is located in a quiet residential area in the municipality of Stedesand. A farm shop and restaurant is just a few kilometers away from the cottage. Nearby is the river Alte Soholmer Au, which invites you to take a long walk through nature in good weather. Here you can arrive and switch off and get enough distance from everyday life away from the noise and hustle. The cozy village is ideal for taking numerous excursions in the area: whether driving to Sylt, Föhr, Amrum or the Halligen, to Denmark, the Theodor-Storm town of Husum or also to the Baltic Sea. The nearest larger town Niebüll is 4 km away. The Dagebüll harbor with the ferry connections to Föhr and Amrum is 17 km away. Amenities The approx. 105 sqm cottage impresses with its bright, spacious and modern charm. The large, light-filled living room with dining area invites for cozy hours in a sociable setting. Here you can end your holiday with your family vacation relaxed. In addition to the seating area and a flat-screen TV, an electric fireplace provides cozy hours, even in the colder season. In the enclosed, well-equipped kitchen, in addition to another dining area, a stove with extractor hood, a dishwasher, a large refrigerator, an oven, a microwave, a filter coffee maker, a kettle, a Nespresso machine and toaster as well as an Internet radio are available. The modern bathroom on the ground floor with sink, walk-in shower, a separate illuminated cosmetic cabinet, which is equipped with the function of a 5 times magnification, toilet and urinal complete the picture.
