The space The fabulous Myrtle Beach area offers a wide variety of exciting things to do. Your 1st priority is to find a wonderful place to stay. Look no further than A Place At The Beach 3, unit 1 M, where our Shore Drive Condo is located. Our property will give you all the comforts of home. 1st floor convenience and only steps to put your toes in the sand. It boasts a modern well-equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, a master bedroom that includes a walk in shower, a full sized tub shower in the hallway bathroom, 2nd bedroom with twin beds and large closet, and an ocean and poolside view balcony. One of the premium features of our condo, is the mini split air conditioning system that has several comfort zones and our guests love the actual conditioning of the air as well as the quiet operation. LVT has recently been installed in the living room area as well as the 2 bedrooms. Our condo has also been thru updates on the balcony, new sliding glass and balcony doors as well as new windows. We are confident you will love these new updates Myrtle Beach is the place to build sandcastles, breath the fresh ocean air, take romantic walks and just plain relax and refresh.. This area of Myrtle Beach is an amazing place to visit. Guest access All areas Other things to note Departure cleaning and linen fees include professional, sanitary departure cleaning and linen package (bed sheets for all beds, bath towels, bath mats and kitchen towels). Due to personal preferences, bath soaps, toilet tissue. paper towels and beach towels are not included. The entrance door is equipped with an electronic security lock and will have your unique code which will be emailed to you several days prior to your arrival. No need to mess with any keys. Our complex recently went through a 3 year, $3 million renovation project. Our HOA requires that the responsible booking guest be at least 25 years of age, no motorcycles, no trailers, only 1 parking pass and absolutely no pets of any kind. Rates are subject to change. Owner(s) have the right to cancel and/or terminate booking at any time. Refundable Damage Deposit $500. During the dates of June 20-August 15, 2026 our unit is only available on a 7 day Saturday to Saturday rental.
