A large flat-screen TV and a fireplace are also available here. From here you can also step out onto the furnished terrace with adjoining garden, which is also fenced. Also on the ground floor you will find a large shower room with washing machine, dryer and walk-in shower. Directly adjacent is the first bedroom with double bed and wardrobe. Upstairs you will find two more bedrooms, each with a wardrobe and TV: one bedroom offers another double bed, in the other room you will find two single beds. Also on the upper floor is a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The entire house is tiled and has underfloor heating and electric exterior shutters. Curtains are also provided in the living area and bedrooms. In front of the house you will find a parking space.
