This great house convinces on 100 square meters with many amenities: Through the hallway you enter directly into the open and bright living area with kitchen. In the kitchen you will find all the necessary appliances and amenities for your holiday: fridge with freezer, ceramic hob, oven, coffee machine, electric kettle, dishwasher, etc. The kitchen merges directly into the living/dining area with chairs and dining table and a spacious L sofa. A large flat screen TV as well as a fireplace are also available here. From here you can also step onto the furnished terrace with adjoining garden, which is also fenced. Also on the ground floor you will find a large shower room with washing machine, dryer and walk-in shower. Directly adjacent is the first double bedroom with wardrobe. Upstairs you will find two more bedrooms, each with wardrobe and TV: one bedroom offers another double bed, in the other room you will find two single beds. Also upstairs is a bathroom with walk-in shower. The entire house is tiled and has underfloor heating and electric outdoor shutters. Curtains are also available in the living area and bedrooms.
