The WCU “Catamount Gap Studio” apartment

The Studio apartment on top of Catamount Gap is in a large home 1.5 miles from Western Carolina University. Great for WCU visits (we both taught there) Ideal for traveling motorcyclist (we're bikers too) or anyone who enjoys day trips roaming around western NC. Handicapped accessible. Your own private side of the home with a private balcony. PLEASE NOTE: This a a 100% non smoking property. No smoking of any substance anywhere on the entire property to include outside areas. Simply non smoking The space The apartment is a separate wing of the home with its own parking area, deck and private entrance to the apartment. There is no shared space at all and no back and fourth from the apartment to the remainder of the home. Totally private environment! Basically there are three completely separate and private apartments. We live in one area and the other two are Airbnbs . Each apartment has its own private entrance and parking areas on different sides of the home. Guest access We have very flexible checkin and departure times and will make every effort to accommodate early checkin and late departures. Self check in is easily arranged via a key lockbox. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: This a a 100% non smoking and non pet friendly property. No pets to visit and No smoking of any substance anywhere on the entire property to include outside areas. Simply non smoking and not pet friendly. We cater to Western Carolina University visitations and motorcyclist enthusiasts. We are situated above the Catamount gap in Holly Hills Estates overlooking Western Carolina University. Motorcyclists will find covered parking, room for trailers, a wash bay, air station and essential tools. We are 15 miles or less to dealerships including Honda, Kawasaki, Indian, etc. Motorcycle mechanic on call. We also provide emergency pickup in case of breakdown.
