WELCOME to Casa Silvia our beautiful home in Javea for many years which is now available for holiday rentals. Casa Silvia is a tranquil and private villa nestling in the countryside equidistant (14 mins) from the popular towns and sandy beaches of Moraira and Javea. We have far reaching uninterrupted rural views towards the nearby village of Benitachell (10 mins walk) and its picturesque church. We recommend you have a car to enjoy the area and our villa has secure parking for several vehicles. The property is ideal for families and large groups. There are five bedrooms, all of which can be configured with either double beds or two singles. Three are en-suite and two have direct access onto our fabulous 24 metre (79 foot) “naya” (covered terrace). This is a great area for pre-dinner cocktails, al fresco dining or just a siesta. The naya faces south and overlooks the gardens and the 12 by 6 metre (40 x 20 foot) pool.There is an additional family bathroom and a well equipped kitchen. The lounge will comfortably seat ten guests as will the formal dining area. The landscaped gardens have palm, olive, almond and orange trees, bougainvillea, birds of paradise, bottle brush and many other flowering shrubs. Casa Silvia is the perfect refuge for a truly relaxing holiday. But we also welcome active holidaymakers: walkers, golfers, lawn bowls enthusiasts and cyclists – all are popular activities in this area. Casa Silvia is 5 minutes drive from Club de Golf Javea (9 holes) and 20 minutes drive from each of La Sella Golf (27 holes) and Calpe golf (9 holes). There are also golf courses at Altea and Oliva, each at 30 minutes drive. Benitachell Bowls Club is within 5 minutes walk and Javea Green Bowls Club is 8 minutes drive. International cycle teams are often seen training in this area. We have ample secure storage for bikes. The nearby Sierra Bernia mountains provide walks of easy, moderate and challenging grades.
