A quick 3-4 minute walk to the beach, this home is surrounded by natural vegetation and located in a quiet neighborhood within the prestigious St. George Plantation gated community. The 1st floor living room offers a large, flat screen TV and DVD player, and a Queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping for up to 2 guests. This relaxed space opens onto a shaded and screened-in, furnished porch which overlooks the screened-in private swimming pool and grilling area with 2 single park-style charcoal grills. The cozy kitchen is well-equipped for meal prep, with plenty of counterspace and a breakfast bar with seating for 4. The dining nook seats up to 6. Just past the living room are the Twin bedroom with 2 single beds and a Queen bedroom. These bedrooms share a hall bathroom with tub/shower combination and both bedrooms are equipped with TVs. The laundry closet with full size washer/dryer can be found in the hall between these rooms. Upstairs are 2 spacious Master bedrooms, each with a King bed. The first Master suite boasts a private screened-in balcony and private bathroom with shower. The second Master suite has a private bathroom with shower, and both TVs have a large, flat screen TV. Don’t forget your four-legged family! This property allows up to 2 medium size dogs with advance approval for an additional fee. Please inquire. Outdoor conveniences include an enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower, fish cleaning sink, under-house parking and covered entry, and 2 park-style grills.
