Guest access Guests will have access to the entire 3 story unit with the exception of a couple owner's closets. We also provide a large container full of beach toys, boogie boards, and whatever is available at the time of your arrival. Check-in time is at 4pm and check-out time is 10am. This is standard for the area as our property normally takes 4-6 hours to clean. Other things to note Our townhome is the end-unit of a 5 unit complex and is adjacent to the pool. We have 2 dedicated parking spaces located within feet of the front door. We can accommodate 2-3 cars since we have the end unit, which allows us to double-park the end space if necessary.
