Holiday house Pinia is located in the area of Porec Novo naselje, only 450m from the nearest beach and 15 minutes walking from the city center. The house has been built in the year 1988 and it is partly renovated. It has a garden with barbecue and private covered parking. The owner does not live on the property. The family house for 6-7 persons is located on two floors with a surface area of 110m2. On the ground floor there is a living area with a two-persons sleeping couch, satelite tv and terrace, kitchen with dining table and shower/toilet. There is an exit to the second terrace with a barbecue and garden furniture from the hallway. On the first floor ther are three double bedrooms, two of them with balcony and a bathroom with shower/toilet. Air condition and wireless internet are available.
