Nestled perfectly between the North Terminus of the Blue Ridge Parkway, the entrance to Skyline Drive, all of the Afton wineries, the Beerwerks Trail, Wintergreen Resort, and Downtown Waynesboro, this four bedroom house with a fully stocked game room, two patios, a fire pit, and hot tub is the perfect spot to relax after a long day of enjoying the Shenandoah Valley. The space Features: - hot tub - backyard fire propane fire pit - 4 beds (2 king, 2 full) - fully stocked kitchen - fully stocked coffee bar (coffee, decaf, and tea provided) - fully stocked game room - ping pong table - Roku TV - large dining room table - 2 patios - charcoal grill - fast wifi - driveway for 2 cars - ideally located near Shenandoah NP, Blue Ridge Parkway, downtown Waynesboro, breweries, Afton wineries, and Wintergreen Resort Guest access The house will be all yours and yours alone while you’re there! 2 cars can comfortably fit in the driveway and a third, if necessary, can fit in a carved out spot on the shoulder of the street. Other things to note NOTE: This house is ~90 years old and, as such, comes with some fun quirks. The floors get a little creaky and the water pressure is not fantastic. I am doing my best to update appliances, plumbing, and electrical--but it is a process and I appreciate your patience in advance! :)
