The Studio have their own furnace and Air-conditioning, nothing shared. Fully equipped kitchen offers a Keurig machine, toaster, microwave, oven, hob, fridge, for independent catering. Beautiful en suite bathroom, LED 4K TV with full cable package and Netflix. High speed WIFI is included (we have a 1 Gigabit connection with Mesh WIFI over the property). Queen bed is exceptionally comfortable and pull out bed available for child or third guest. Coach house comprises two independent studios so no more than two sets of guests at one time. Cleaning provided by one professional, no crews. All surfaces disinfected with CDC approved products. No contact check in. Garage parking available for additional fee, please ask.
