Great stay for long term guests. Beats staying in a hotel! Firstly, I have to mention this is in a QUIET neighborhood. I don't rent out for big, loud parties. If that's what you're looking for, this is not the house for you. This great house is surrounded by lakes and forest preserves. Very safe. Big yard to play, ride bikes, or pick apples! Firepit, grill & picnic table. Beach is a 2 min walk away. Full kitchen & laundry. Comfortably can sleep up to 10. Wifi and streaming channels included. The space 1 downstairs bedroom that can either accommodate 1 or 2 twin beds OR 1 king size bed. 1 downstairs full bathroom. 3 upstairs bedrooms. 1 upstairs full bathroom.
