Such basics include a Keurig coffee machine with pods, microwave, plates and silverware, mini fridge, desk, dining table with 2 chairs, basic BBQ utensils, shower gels, cleaning supplies, linens, and boardgames. This suite overlooks the canal and has its own private exterior entrance. Along the canals edge, you'll find your own outdoor seating area with expanding awning, charcoal BBQ grill, and designated parking spot near your rooms entrance. Other things to note Have a Large family? We have four listings within the same property. Up to 14 guests can book among the three listings. Kayaks are available for our private use but you are welcome to use them for your enjoyment under your own liability and risk. The property is less than 10 minutes away from Picayune Strand State forest. Wildlife & Safety: We have a very friendly outdoor dog within the property named Atticus. He is a German Sheppard mixed and is trained to keep wildlife off of the property. You will occasionally see deer in the early mornings if Atticus has not seen them first. Please do not feed or entice any wild animals and allow Atticus to do his job. The property has numerous kinds of beautiful native birds. You will hear them sing songs in the morning from ~6am-8am and again throughout the cooler times of the day. The canal has catfish as well as peacock bass. They can be timid but will typically stay put long enough for you to see them along the canals edge. We are also 5 minutes a way from Picayune Strand; helpful during hunting season. The use of guns, bow and arrow, and other devices are not permitted within our property. This property does not allow guests to bring any pets nor animals of any kind due to dangerous wildlife in the area. Bringing an animal of any kind is against house rules and is grounds to revoke your reservation immediately without refund. Privacy: Out of courtesy and privacy to us, please do not get too close to the main house nor the metal shed on the property. Guests are not allowed to plug electric vehicles to any outlets on the property and may not take any flowering fruits from trees. Guests must close the gate each time upon entering and exiting the property. By booking any suites on this property, you accept all house rules listed. Breaking of any house rules are grounds to revoke your reservation immediately without refund. Additional Details to Note: Please note that the property is in the everglades and works off of a well that is filtered but may still appear to be off colored. This is still safe to drink and we have also included large water filters in every suite's fridge for additional filtration.
