A short 10-minute drive away you will get to Cocoa Beach, the perfect spot to spend a day, either laying out on the beach or walking around window shopping at the many stores, shops and boutiques. A little further away at the Cocoa Beach Pier you can sip a glass of Chardonnay while watching the cruise ships sailing into the Atlantic. Of course, the Space Coast would never be the same without the amazing rocket launches. You can see the launch from the beach a few blocks away!! Two rooms at a local beach side hotel you could easily set you back over $350/night. You can enjoy this excellent property for a fraction of the price! For your use we will provide bikes and other beach items. (on request) Also, Airbnb will only apply the first pet fee to your reservation when you declare a pet. We will send you a separate money request for each additional pet fee via Airbnb which needs to be paid prior your arrival. NOTE: We are avid travelers and have visited over 40 countries across the world. Lot of the items in display at this location are artifacts we have collected during our travels - from Peru to Bhutan! They are there for your enjoyment but we request that you do treat them with care. We also have original paintings from local artists. We request that you do not touch them. Should you be interested in acquiring some of the art, we would be happy to connect you directly with the artists. Entire property is accessible. Driving or walking While there is a garage in the property it is NOT useable by guests to park their vehicles since it is currently used for storage. For long term guests we may be able to provide permission to use the garage, BUT has to be pre-approved by the host. Please note that is you have an electric vehicle that will be parked and charged at the property you will be charged an additional $5/day per vehicle.
