Apt 9: Beautiful beach apartment for families.

Tropic Shores is a smallish 16-unit apartment building, family owned since it was built in 1963, and completely remodeled from top to bottom in 2019. This unit is upstairs # 9, the furnishings and decor are all brand new. Tropic Shores is a very quiet complex, with lush gardens, creating a private and tranquil setting. The beach is only 200 yards from your front door, so you can walk to the sand in a matter of a couple of minutes. A perfect getaway! Other things to note Quiet time after 10:00 pm till 8:00 am.. No smoking of any kind on the property or around property. No parties. Only one pet allowed per apartment and ONLY after landlords approval, please describe your pet. There is a pet fee of $70 plus tax per stay. Also, we don't allow aggressive dog breeds on our property due to safety of our guests & children, and another dogs. Landlords at all times reside on the property as well for the better assistance to our guests.
