This modern townhome built in 2014, is the perfect space for couples or small families with children. Designed to feel like home! We prefer long-term guests, but also offer a 7-night minimum for your traveling convenience. This home is conveniently located just outside the city, a family-oriented neighborhood, at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. NOT intended for large groups or parties. Enjoy this private, bright, spacious home. Perfectly situated to experience everything the area has to offer! The space You will be renting the entire home which includes: Bedroom 1: King bed, t.v., attached bathroom, small walk-in closet, tall dresser. Bedroom 2: Queen bed, closet & dresser. Bathroom & small storage closet in hallway outside 2nd bedroom. Fully stocked kitchen equipped with plenty of dishes, utensils, pots/pans, Keurig coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, and stove. Basic cable (antenna) & Roku in the living room. Basic cable (antenna) in 1st bedroom. Streaming apps available through Roku for guests to sign into. WiFi available Central a/c & heat Indoor gas fireplace Private driveway Small 1-car garage Access to the basement through the attached garage with Washer & Dryer Large, fenced-in backyard (Not Shared with other units) Fire pit and 5 outdoor folding chairs Outdoor patio table with 4 chairs Outdoor propane grill (If you plan to use the fire pit or grill this requires attention 100% of the time they are being used.
