This adorable cottage is within walking distance of Skybridge Station and very close to the Rock Bridge Trail of Red River Gorge. Comes with 2 BR on the first floor, one bathroom with shower, central HVAC, city water, washer/dryer, antenna TV with 20 channels, (does get local stations from Lexington), DVD player, oven, refrigerator, toaster, microwave, coffee maker. All the comforts of home. Upstairs is a lovely sitting area. Each bedroom has a full size bed. Cottage has delightful covered back porch area with relaxing, tranquil view. Outside is a firepit and charcoal grill. Sorry, NO PETS and NO SMOKING INDOORS. May bring 2 additional children if want to bring an air mattress for the loft. No loud parties. Owner lives in area and has made this a stellar property. The cabin does not offer Wi-Fi.
