However, you can tie your boat or jet-ski to the dock cleat. To get to the second floor there is 2 options: 1. An elevator from the first floor to the second floor 2. Outdoor Stairs (the home was not originally made with indoor stairs but it has an elevator). The Second floor of the home (the main part of the house) has a Master Bedroom (King size bed) with a full Bathroom. The second guest bedroom (Queen size bed) is also located in the second floor. There is a full bathroom next to this room as well. The loft area (above the second floor) has 2 Queen size Murphy beds. To get to the loft area you would use the Spiral stair case seen in photos. *BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS* This coastal home has 3 private bedrooms (1 Master bedroom upstairs with a 1 ensuite bathroom, 1 guest bedroom with a queen size bed, 1 bathroom next to this guest room) 3 full bathrooms and a loft with 2 queen size murphy beds.
