The space The Orange Door Suite will greet you steps from plush landscaping. Breathe easily as you enjoy a leisurely swing in the hammock, or relax with a glass of your favorite beverage on the porch. There are two other suites on property. The Blue Door Suite, which is behind the main part of the home, and the Green Door suite, which is downstairs from The Orange Door Suite. *Larger groups wanting more space can book the entire Treehouse Zephyr ! But it's one of the many reasons we fell in love with it and just had to have it in our portfolio! But if quirky is not your cup of tea, we completely understand and there are plenty of wonderful options out there that may be a better fit your style. Our cleaners will thoroughly sanitize the entire cottage ahead of your stay. To help support a clean and pathogen-free environment, we also encourage guests to remove their shoes when they enter the cottage. Your health and safety is our top priority! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire main floor (upstairs) of this cottage. The assigned parking spot for Orange Door Suite guests has sufficient space for two vehicles. We are unable to accommodate check ins or check outs on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve and New Years Day. Please not the last day for check in for the Christmas holiday is Monday, December 22, 2025. Other things to note • Check in is 4 PM to 10 PM. • Check out is 11 AM. • We are unable to accommodate early check in, or late check out. Due to Covid-19, we need to ensure housekeeping has ample time to clean and sanitize the unit. • Primary guest must be 21 or older. • No parties or events are allowed on the property. Violators will be asked to vacate the property immediately. • Only authorized guests are allowed in the unit. • AC may not be turned off at any point during your stay. Please keep AC at 69 to 72 degrees at all times. • Pets are welcome with prior pet approval and pet fee. ($50 for entire stay) • Two cars fit in the parking spot. Please do not park under the carport. Park at the Orange Door Parking sign, no farther than the edge of the rocks. Street parking is not available. • The Orange Door features a full kitchen, with all the appliances for cooking capabilities. • Smoking is absolutely not allowed. A $500 penalty will be charged to anyone who smokes inside or close enough to the house so that the house smells of smoke inside. • Long term stays (over 10 days) must be comfortable with our team gaining access to the unit for routine maintenance. • No holiday check-ins or check-outs to allow for our amazing team to have some time off for the holidays.
