Our seaside harbor view Hollywood Beach house is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the beach and water activities with family and friends. With 4BR and 3.5 BA, the spacious and open layout is decorated to be simply luxurious and comfortable. This home is perfect for a group or family dream vacation. Top floor (3rd floor) offers three bedrooms, each bedroom is equipped with a ceiling fan and shades that can be adjusted for light filtering or light blocking. The Primary Suite has a California king, walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom with a step-in shower. There are two additional bedrooms one with a queen size bed and the other has two twin beds. These bedrooms share a second bathroom with a step-in shower. The top floor has two private decks off the bedrooms with cozy seating that looks out on the water - this will be a favorite place for enjoying a book, cup of coffee, and viewing the boats that pass by. The top floor is also where you will find a full size washer and dryer. There is also a table on the landing that is perfect for remote working or kids games. Main floor (2nd floor) is an open design with huge kitchen stocked with all the cooking amenities, prep island, walk in pantry, bar with seating, dining room table. The living room has a smart TV, DVD player, board & card games, puzzles and a cozy couch ready for family game night or movie night. The main floor has a half-bath. Through two large glass sliding doors the living space extends to the expansive deck which has an outside sink, BBQ, and a table with stool seating for enjoying the harbor view. First floor has a California king bedroom with an ensuite tub with shower, wall mounted smart TV, and privacy with its own entry. The kitchen has a Nespresso, drip coffee, tea and all the gadgets needed to cook and enjoy the views. We leave the refrigerator stocked with typical condiments (like ketchup, mustard, etc.) for your use. There are also items on the pantry shelves for baking and spices for cooking. You are welcome to use what is here. All beds have duvet covers over down comforters with bottom sheets and comfy pillows with linen and high quality cotton bedding. The garage is equipped with beach cruiser bicycles, paddle boards, kayaks, boogie boards, sand toys, cornhole, dart board, a ping pong table for you to enjoy. There is parking available for 3 vehicles. It is steps from the beautiful Channel Island Harbor and Hollywood Beach that offer restaurants, kayaking, paddle boarding, jet skis, fishing, electric boat rentals, coastal bike paths, the Maritime Museum and Mystic Whaler tall ship, the Sunday Farmer's Market and more. Get ready to set down your keys and relax. The property will be delivered to the occupant in a professionally cleaned condition. This home has heat for the winter months, ceiling fans in bedrooms. Wi-fi enabled home with Spectrum internet and cable provided. Quiet hours are 10 PM to 7 AM, please respect our neighborhood and minimize excessive noise during these times.
