Discover this beautiful villa with heated pool and wonderful view on its 1,6 ha site. Enjoy a large living room with open-plan kitchen and 4 air-conditioned bedrooms. Outside you will find a 100m² patio, the 9x4 pool, a BBQ, a table tennis table. 15 min drive from Saint-Cirq-Lapopie, rated as one of the most wonderful French village. 10-15 min drive from Cajarc, Limogne-en-Quercy, Tour-de-Faure markets full of local specialities. 5 min drive from the Lot river with its pedalo, canoe spot. The space On the ground floor you have a huge living room including a open-plan kitchen, TV lounge and a sitting room. The kitchen offers all the regular equipments, TV in the TV lounge of course and a big table for playing (drawing, board games...) in the sitting room. Still on the ground flour, two bedrooms (1 King size, 1 Queen size) one bathroom with shower and toilet, another separate toilet. All bedrooms are equiped with storage for your clothes and have air conditioning. On the first floor you have a working area, two other bedrooms (1 Queen size, 1 Double size), one bathroom with bathtube and shower and toilet. Here too you will find storage for your clothes. The rental is proposed on a weekly basis during the summer period and a minimum of 6 nights the rest of the time. The swimming pool is open from may to end of september. Guest access 4 cars parking available. You can park some more on the pathway, still inside the property. Other things to note We have kids (5yo and 9yo) so the villa is well equiped and secured for them too! We can provide a folding stroller, a folding crib + mattress + sheets + sleeping bag, high chair for babies, child booster for kids and appropriate dishes. The pool is secured with an electrical roller shutter. There are also loads of toys and books for babies and kids until 9yo.
