Clean and spacious 1 Bedroom Suite with Private Bathroom. There is a cozy living room attached to your bedroom that has a comfy couch perfect for relaxing after a long day. The room is very spacious and has a queen bed, comfy sheets, dresser and closet to make you feel at home. The space You'll be sharing this big 3000 square feet house with me and my friendly 22lb cockapoo (hypoallergenic). There is a very spacious bathroom with shower/tub right outside your bedroom. There is also a bonus sun room/office with a comfy couch that looks over the garden that is attached to your room. This is the sunniest room in the house and perfect for lounging with a book or getting some work done /taking calls etc. The house has everything you might need- just drop your luggage, relax and welcome to your new home! Guest access Guest are welcome to use the large kitchen downstairs to prep and cook. Please bring your own food as there is a dedicated shelf for our guests where they can store their groceries. Complimentary coffee, tea, and basic cooking items are always available for our guests. Guests are also welcome to use the backyard, dining table, and formal living room at their leisure. Other things to note I don't wear shoes in the house and neither does my gf or family/friends that come to visit. I expect guests to respect and follow this rule. We also are mindful of our carbon footprint and energy usage so please turn off lights/heaters when you leave the house. We also just added a nestcam in the entryway for security purposes. This is not a party house and things get pretty quiet around 10pm although we do have the occasional dinner party/get together with friends but even that usually doesn't run too late.
