1 Bedroom Rear Apartment near the heart of Selden. Recently renovated. Close enough to stores and restaurants that you can get there in minutes, but far enough that you won't hear the traffic. On a quiet street with a large backyard. Comfortably sleeps up to 2 guests with a large closet with in-unit laundry (washer-dryer combo). Guest access The entire rear apartment will be privately yours during your stay as well as half the backyard (fenced separately). Other things to note Currently no pets allowed to stay overnight; however, I am willing to allow pet visitation with some advance notice.
