All with the benefits of being within 5 miles to all attractions Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge have to offer! 1,700sq ft with open floor plan. Completely handicap accessible. Pet friendly only with pet fee & approval. * 1 Mile to downtown Gatlinburg * 2 Miles to Pigeon Forge * 5 Miles to Dollywood * 3 Miles to Ober Gatlinburg * 3 Miles to the National Park The space Our newly renovated and beautifully decorated rustic theamed home has a open floor plan to accomadate large groups. **2 Vehicle Maximum Parking Limit** 2 Bedrooms 1 Full Bathroom. 1,700 sq ft. Peace of Heaven will make you feel right at home!!! Located right in the Smoky Mountains spur (next to Westgate Resorts) on a road right off 441 between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, only minutes from all the main attractions Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge has to offer. Located across the double highway from the Gatlinburg welcoming center were you can park for free and use the trolly for a cheap price to avoid the hassle of traffic and expensive parking. (Handicapped acceccible, no steps or stairs inside or outside.) (Will sleep a total of 8 guests comfortably) Bedroom #1 (Master) Has a comfy brand new king sized memory foam mattress with a futon couch that pulls out to a full sized bed. Bedroom #2 has comfy brand new Queen sized pillow top mattress. The living room has a pull out couch that pulls out into a full size bed. (All bed linens are provided.) Full sized bathroom with standard shower & bath tub (Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand/bath towels, and hand soap provided) (The pictures show jets but for sanitary purposes we've disconnected the jets for the tub.) All brand new stainless steel appliances. All necessaries for cooking and eating meals is provided. Propane grill outside for grilling at your convenience. Fire pit, pool table, foozeball, basketball game, Super Nintendo and Sega for the TV, with over 800 retro games installed, also board games for rainy days. (DISCLAIMER) **This is a bi-level duplex home in which both units we rent out vacationally. This listing shown is the bottom level of the unit. There is potential for some noise as it is the lower level of the unit you may sometimes very lightly hear the above guests walking. The guests in the above unit (if there are any during your stay) are aware and expected to respect your peace and quiet as they're required to comply with specific rules and time regulations set for them. The units are completely seperate and private. No shared spaces at all. Seperate entrances and parking. ****PET POLICY & PRICES**** **Pet friendly ONLY upon approval. (Service animal are no charge unless they are a large heavily shedding dog) Guests must provide documentation proving the pet is a certified service animal. **Pet friendly ONLY upon approval. **Please always confirm the size/breed, number of pets you will be bringing and the pet fees costs before booking your reservation. ***You will be held responsible for any damages your pet/pets may cause. Pets must be up to date on all vaccinations. ****We ask you please keep your pets caged/crated only if they have a tendency to be destructive when unsupervised. Please always keep your pets leashed when outdoors. *** Please pick up after your pets. There are outdoor surveillance cameras and you will be charged for additional cleaning if my housekeeper has to clean up any leftover dog bombs. **Pet fees are an additional charge that ARE NOT included in the booking price. Unless you select the filter that you are traveling with a pet. **If the pet fee isn't paid upon booking, all pet fee payment requests will be sent to be paid the day before your reservation date via Airbnb to the email that is linked to your Airbnb account. You will have 72 hours to accept and pay the pet fee. **If the pet fees are not paid within 72 hours Airbnb will automatically become involved and call the host and confirm of no payment. Airbnb will attempt to reach out to the guest there will be an extra $20.00 late fee if this process had to happen. It takes alot of my time to sit on hold and sort pet fee issues out. It's always best to pay the pet fee once sent the day prior to avoid any confusion. **I require a one time Non refundable $100.00 pet fee. 2 Dogs Maximum. If they are large heavier shedding dogs you may susceptible to pay more in pet fee's. **The purpose of the additional pet fees is because my housekeepers charge more because it takes longer each cleaning to completely remove all the pet hair. Guest access Guest have access to entire home including all amenities, washer and dryer, fireplace, and sourrounding outside area of lower level of the home. Please respect the guests above. *2 vehicle maximum parking limit** *Avoid Expensive In Town Parking Rates!* Our home is convienetly located just across the main highway from the Gatlinburg welcoming center which offers free parking and cheap trolly rides in and out of town. Trollys run both to Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg. Other things to note This is a bi-level duplex home in which both units we rent out vacationally. This listing shown is the bottom level of the unit. If you have any questions regarding your payments please contact Airbnb costumer service. Airbnb collects the taxes and services fees charged to guests. The hosts do not collect or receive any of those additional fees. *The homeowner has no liability for any injuries, or sickness that may occur before or during your stay. The homeowner has no liability over any damages to vehicles from parking or wildlife.
